WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR SERVICES?
A: West Log East will help create your Airbnb property profile, shoot professional photography, communicate with guests throughout their stay, clean your home (yes, all cleaning is included), and restock basic necessities (soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies). We also coordinate key handoffs and provide concierge services for your guests.
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?
A: West Log East has the most straightforward and transparent fee structure in the industry. We charge a flat fee % of your Airbnb or VRBO bookings (or any other short term rental platform), and you don’t pay any fees until your property is rented and you get paid. WHO WILL STAY AT MY PROPERTY?
A: We help you apply guest screening criteria on your profile to ensure peace of mind. You are able to specify that only highly rated guests with a track record of good reviews will be able to book your home.
HOW DOES WEST LOG EAST GET PAID?
A: West Log East is fully integrated with your property profile. The Airbnb or VRBO proceeds from your guests’ stays will be automatically split between your bank account and West Log East and paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT).
WHEN DO I GET PAID?
A: Guest stay proceeds will be directed to your bank account the day after each guest checks in.
WHAT IF MY PROPERTY ISN'T SET UP TO HAVE GUESTS YET?
A: West Log East specializes in bringing homes into the sharing economy that otherwise wouldn’t or couldn’t be there. Let a Property Specialist know about your particular situation and we will work to meet your needs. We offer furniture rental, lock smithing, staging and handy man services that will turn your empty apartment into a fully furnished and ready to list home.
WHAT IF I WANT TO USE MY PROPERTY FOR MYSELF OR MY FRIENDS OCCASIONALLY?
A: Working with West Log East means that you can continue to use your home when you need to. You will simply contact our Operations team to have the property set aside for your use. We’ll even clean and restock it after you leave!
